Attendance sheets ready for your INFPC co-funding request
Every session collects what the co-funding request expects: training type and category, date, times, location, trainer and every participant’s signature. When you prepare the request, an Excel file pre-fills the INFPC form, one row per training.

What does FlowAttend collect for INFPC co-funding?
On every session: the training type (internal or external), its official category, the title, date, times and location, the trainer, and for an external trainer their organization and its country. Every participant signs on their phone, and the trainer signs the sheet too.
Which training categories are offered?
The categories of the INFPC form: Languages, IT and office software, Management and HR, Finance, accounting and law, Quality, ISO and safety, Technical and trades. The category is required on every session, so no line is left without one.
What does the INFPC Excel export look like?
With Pro and Team: one tab per training category, laid out like the matching tab of the co-funding form: one row per training, columns in the same order, so you copy the block into the form in one go. Each row carries the name of its PDF attendance sheet, so every line points to its proof.
What about employees working outside Luxembourg?
Turn on “Participants from several countries” in Settings: participants employed outside Luxembourg say so when they sign. They stay on the attendance sheet, are marked on the PDF and are left out of the co-funding count in the export.
And trainings longer than 8 hours?
The training is recorded with its real times. In the co-funding tabs of the export, the duration stops at 8 hours, the most co-funded per training, and the PDF says so.
How do participants give their consent?
The co-funding form has the company confirm that employees and trainers agreed to the use of their data. Before signing, each participant and external trainer reads a short data protection notice, available in 9 languages, and the PDF states who accepted it.
How long are the sheets kept?
Signed sheets stay in your history for 18 months with Team, enough for the request the following year, and 3 months with Pro. You can download every PDF and the Excel export at any time during that period.
How do I turn it on?
Once, in Settings: switch on “Luxembourg grants”. Every new session then asks for the training type and category, and the export adds the INFPC tabs.
