Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026

The terms for using FlowAttend and for buying its Pro and Team plans, for businesses and consumers. They are the general terms of sale (conditions générales de vente) of FlowAttend.

1. Who we are

FlowAttend is an online service for digital training attendance sheets, run by Maxime Houpert EI (Creapp) (“FlowAttend”, “we”), whose details are in the legal notice. Contact: support@flowattend.com.

These terms apply between FlowAttend and the person or business that creates an account or buys a plan (the “Customer”, “you”). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them. Our privacy policy and the data processing agreement are part of them.

2. Business and consumer customers

FlowAttend is made for businesses, training organisations and trainers, and can also be bought by individuals (“consumers”). Where these terms say that a rule applies to consumers or to business customers only, it applies to them only. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers.

3. Your account

  • You give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • On the Team plan, the owner manages the team, its members and its plan. Members use FlowAttend under the owner’s subscription.
  • You may use FlowAttend only lawfully, for attendance sheets of real trainings, and without trying to harm the service or other users.

4. Plans

FlowAttend has a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Pro, and Team in several sizes). What each plan includes (number of attendance sheets per month, members, features) is shown on the pricing page and in the app at the time you subscribe. Signed attendance sheets stay in your history for 7 days on Free, 3 months on Pro and 18 months on Team, counted from the training date; download the PDFs you need to keep longer.

5. Free trial

  • Pro and Team can be tried free for 14 days, once per account and once per team. A payment card is asked for at the start.
  • Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically when it ends and the card is charged for the plan and period you chose. We remind you by email before the end.
  • If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged and you go back to Free. Attendance sheets created during the trial stay viewable and downloadable for 30 days.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros and are the prices shown when you subscribe. FlowAttend is under the French VAT franchise scheme: no VAT is added (“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.”). For a business established in another EU country that gives a valid VAT number, the service is invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge (“Autoliquidation – TVA due par le preneur, art. 196 de la directive 2006/112/CE.”): the customer accounts for VAT in its own country.
  • Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach FlowAttend.
  • An invoice is issued for each payment and sent by email; all invoices are also available in the billing portal (Settings, Subscription, Manage billing).
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and you keep your plan meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the account goes back to Free.
  • Business customers: any amount not paid when due bears late payment penalties at the European Central Bank rate plus 10 points, and a fixed recovery fee of 40 € (French Commercial Code, art. L441-10). No discount is given for early payment.

7. Renewal and price changes

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (month or year) until cancelled.
  • Launch prices: you keep the price you subscribed at as long as your subscription runs. If we ever change the price of a running subscription, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you may cancel before then.

8. Changing plan

You can change plan, Team size or billing period at any time from the billing portal. The change and any amount due or credited for the current period, prorated to the day, are shown before you confirm. If a team has more members than a smaller size allows, nobody is removed, but no one new can be invited until it is back under the limit.

9. Cancellation

  • You can cancel in one click from the billing portal, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your plan until then, and the account then goes back to Free.
  • The period already started is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal (section 10), where the law requires it, or where FlowAttend fails to provide the service.
  • To close your account and have your data deleted, write to support@flowattend.com. A running subscription must be cancelled first.

10. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  • A consumer may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.
  • With the free trial, these 14 days are the trial itself: cancelling during the trial withdraws from the subscription, and nothing is charged.
  • For a subscription paid from the first day (no trial), you ask for the service to start at once when you subscribe. If you withdraw, we refund what you paid within 14 days, minus the share of the price for the days you had the plan (French Consumer Code, art. L221-25).
  • To withdraw, cancel in the billing portal or send us a clear statement by email to support@flowattend.com, for example with the form in the annex below.

11. Your data

The data you and your participants enter remains yours. FlowAttend processes participants’ and trainers’ data on your behalf, under the data processing agreement. You are responsible for informing participants and for the content of your attendance sheets, including their compliance with the rules of any funding body (for example the INFPC in Luxembourg). FlowAttend provides the tool; it doesn’t check that a training is eligible for funding.

12. Availability

We do our best to keep FlowAttend available and secure, and to announce planned maintenance. As with any online service, interruptions can happen, and we don’t guarantee a minimum availability. We may improve or change features; we won’t remove a main feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for.

13. Liability

  • Business customers: FlowAttend is liable only for direct damage caused by its own fault, not for indirect damage such as lost revenue, lost funding or lost data you could have downloaded. Its total liability is limited to the amounts the Customer paid in the 12 months before the event. This limit doesn’t apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where the law forbids it.
  • Consumers: FlowAttend is liable under the law, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital services (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 and following).

14. Suspension and termination

If you seriously breach these terms (for example misuse that harms the service or other users, or unpaid amounts), we may suspend or close the account after a notice by email that has gone unanswered for 8 days, or at once when the breach puts the service or other people’s data at risk.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when FlowAttend or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. We tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before a change that matters for them applies. If you don’t accept it, you can cancel before then.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Before going to court, write to support@flowattend.com: we look for an amicable solution first.

Failing an agreement, a consumer may go to the courts of the place where they live or of FlowAttend’s registered office. Between businesses, the courts with jurisdiction over FlowAttend’s registered office have jurisdiction.
